Aankondiging aansluiting PT Medical bij Accuramed

Met trots informeren wij jullie dat PT Medical BV op 17 april 2026 zich officieel aansluit bij Accuramed BV.

Deze stap kadert in onze ambitie om verder te groeien en ons te versterken binnen een bredere, complementaire organisatie.

Accuramed BV heeft haar hoofdkantoor in Halen en kantoren in Almere en bij MML-Medical in Ulft. Het bedrijf is een toonaangevende distributeur van medische producten en oplossingen, gespecialiseerd in moleculaire diagnostiek en cardiorespiratoire toepassingen. Met een sterke focus op innovatie, kwaliteit en klantgerichte ondersteuning leveren ze hoogwaardige technologieën en ondersteuning aan laboratoria, ziekenhuizen en andere zorginstellingen in de Benelux.

Door onze krachten te bundelen, kunnen we klanten een completer en innovatiever aanbod bieden: van diagnose tot behandeling. Zo bouwen we onze dienstverlening verder uit en spelen we in op de groeiende noden in de sector.

We are pleased to inform you that on April 17, 2026, Accuramed BV officially acquired the Dutch company PT Medical BV, which has become part of Accuramed as of that date.

With this acquisition, Accuramed further expands its activities in cardiac and pulmonary function testing, while also strengthening its portfolio of consumables.

PT Medical BV, based in Leek (The Netherlands), is a specialized partner and exclusive distributor in cardio-pulmonary diagnostics within the Benelux region. The company serves a broad and diverse customer base, including hospitals, retailers, and general practitioners, with a primary focus on the Dutch market.

PT Medical is a full-service partner for Vitalograph systems. In addition, the company represents several brands in the Benelux, including Nonin Medical (pulse oximetry), Norav Medical (ECG), and Suntech Medical (NIBP). The portfolio is further complemented by solutions in pulmonary function testing, critical care, CO monitoring, and test and simulation products.

By combining our strengths, we will be able to offer customers a more comprehensive and innovative portfolio in cardio-pulmonary diagnostics.
